The OrthoFit Lumbar Sacral Orthosis (LSO) is a professional-grade back brace purpose-built for children and teens ages 4–17. Unlike generic adult braces adapted for younger patients, the OrthoFit LSO was designed from the ground up for growing bodies — with four structured polymer panels, a dual pulley compression system, and breathable mesh construction that keeps kids and teens supported and comfortable whether they are in class, on the field, or recovering at home.  Four polymer panels work together to deliver clinical-grade lumbar-sacral support: a rigid back polymer panel centered across the lower back, a built-in front abdominal polymer panel, and two lateral polymer panels for side-to-side stability. The dual cable-reel compression handles apply precise, even compression with a single pull — and adjust easily by rolling the cable onto the reel to shorten or unrolling to lengthen.  Available in three color variations to match the patient’s age, condition, and activity level.
