Fitting in 3 Steps

1. Align the patella opening over your kneecap and secure the hook-and-loop straps above and below the kneecap.
2. Turn the knob to ON. Pump the bulb until the air bladder reaches your desired compression level.
3. Turn the knob to OFF to hold pressure. Detach the pump and save it for future use. To deflate at any time, turn the knob back to ON and gently press the bladder.
